​Nestled in the small coastal community of Encinitas, the homeowner’s vision was to gut the main level living room, kitchen, and dining room spaces and create an ‘open’ free flowing plan with all the modern amenities and finishes.  In another collaboration with Smith Brothers Construction, the resulting build achieved the goal of a free flowing and fresh California coastal abode.
